Missions End of Year Social

We are looking forward to our End of Year Missions Social this Wednesday, April 24 at 6:15pm, following choir.

Our Mission Friends will enjoy popsicles and time on the playground. Parents should pick up their preschoolers from their missions’ classroom at 7:00pm.

Our GAs and RAs will have ice cream at the gazebo and play on the fields. Parents should pick up their school age children from the gazebo at 7:00pm.


Make your plans to join us for our upcoming end of year events!

Children’s Spring Choir Concert: Wednesday, May 1 at 6:00pm in the Sanctuary. Young Musicians should wear their camp t-shirts. All other children should wear their Sunday best (no choir robes on this evening!). You will be blessed by the lovely voices of our children!    

Children’s Missions Recognition: Wednesday, May 8 at 6:00pm in the Sanctuary. Mission Friends should wear their Sunday best, RA’s will wear navy or khaki pants, white polo shirts and their vests.  GA’s will wear a white dress (we have some you can borrow – see Julia).

Blast Off! It’s Time for VBS Training!

It’s time to blast off to our planning and preparation for Vacation Bible School. Our Training Night is Wednesday evening, May 15 for all student and adult volunteers. VBS Training will begin at 6:15pm in the Sanctuary, following our last Wednesday evening meal of the school year (dinner starts at 4:45) and Quarterly Church Conference (begins at 5:45pm).

Come and receive your VBS materials so that you can be prepped and ready for our VBS! Childcare is available by RESERVATION with Kristen.

If you haven’t registered your children for VBS OR you haven’t registered to volunteer yet, no problem! REGISTER today!

Hope you will join us the week of June 17-21! We are going to have a Galactic Blast in Bible School this summer!

Extended Session-New Dates!

Thank you for continuing to sign up for Extended Session in our Preschool Ministry. As you know, we could not provide this ministry without your help. We have had several new volunteers join us or previous volunteers rejoin us over the last couple of months and that is so exciting and such a blessing!

Summer Camps at Providence
