Purpose Statement for the Education Ministry of Providence Baptist Church:  "Our Education Ministry seeks to nurture, educate, and equip children, youth and adults in a life-long relationship with God."

Adult Opportunities...

Sunday School Class (Wednesday evenings, September-May)

Wednesday Evening Adult Seminars (A variety of sessions designed to meet a full range of discipleship needs)      

Missions...

Missions Education occurs in a variety of venues. Preschoolers, children, and youth study missions on Wednesday evenings. Occasional Wednesday Adult Seminars are focused on missions education. Our Women on Mission groups meet monthly and a Men's Bible Study and Prayer Group meets every Thursday morning. Special mission projects and trips are promoted throughout the year.

Bible Studies...

Bible Study is offered primarily through Sunday School. There is also an adult Bible Study group that meets Thursday mornings.  Disciple Bible Study Groups are available throughout the year.

Prayer...

Learning to pray for a Christian is a foundational skill. Throughout the year, prayer groups are available as seminar options, as seasonal prayer groups and in other opportunities as prayer vigils. A laity led prayer group meets Wednesday evenings for community prayer.
