JOIN US ON WEDNESDAY EVENINGS

The Wednesday schedule resumes on January 6.

Providence is very active on Wednesday evenings.  Activities begin at 4:30 p.m. with a Fellowship Dinner in the Fellowship Hall.  It is served until 6:30 p.m.  Reservations are not necessary.  The meal is prepared by our kitchen staff and served by volunteers.   We observe a "family time" around the tables with recognitions of birthdays and other special dates.  This is followed by prayer time led by one of the Ministry Team Staff.  There is a Prayer Gathering on Wednesday evenings and a Bible Study Class designed for those who cannot attend such a class on Sunday mornings.

Children's music and mission groups meet at 5:45 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. respectively.  Activities for teenagers include Acteens for middle school girls and "The Gathering" is for all middle school and high school students meeting in the recently renovated Chapel.

The programs that follow the prayer time vary from presented and subject matter.  Services appropriate for the church calendar are observed throughout the years.  You are encouraged to check the church publications to be informed of the schedule for a specific evening.
