Register NOW for our Fall Preschool Program, 2010!
We would love to have your child in our Preschool or Full Care Programs!  Children who are 8 weeks old until 5 yrs (until they go to Kindergarten) enjoy the Wee Learn curriculum to teach all areas of  a child's development (social, emotional, cotnitive, fine motor, gross motor and spiritual).  Age and readiness factors play into which class is best for each child.  Because of teh guidelines from the state of NC for the public school systems all children entering kindergarten must be 5 yrs old on or before August 31st.  To comply with these guidelines and make a smooth transition for the children enrolled in our program, we are trying to implement these guidelines too.

Our Preschool Program runs from September thourh May from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. each day.  There are choices of days to attend.  Our preschool programs closes for 2 weeks in December and a week in the spring.

  Extracurricular Activities, September-May
During the school year, ballet, computer explorers and Strech & Grow is offered.

Ballet Classes
Ballet classes are offered by Matthews Ballet for 2 1/2-51/2 yrs old and meet weekly beginning in September, 2010.  Students will attend a 45 minute ballet lesson where the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus is taught.  Tuition for each is based on the number of classes held each month, from $20-$40.  If you have questions, call Amanda at 704 542-5777.

Computer Explorers
Computer Explorers are offered for 30 minutes weekly for children from 2 1/2-5 years old.  There are only 3-4 children in each class.  Children learn to use a computer as well as a digital camera, robots and electronic microscope.  Technology is used to reinforce academic readiness skills, socialization skills and become a team player.  The registration fee is $20 and monthly tuition is $44.   For more information, contact Anne Mullett, owner, 704 966, 0072 or email amulletce@charter.net.  You may also look at the website, www.computerexplorers.com.

Stretch & Grow
