Underneath the photographs and descriptions are people who are genuinely interested in a mission we believe to be blessed by God.  Even though our schedule is busy and packed with activity, our real objective is summed up in our mission statement, “Connecting people and God in Christ through worship, fellowship and missions.” Our mission statement is so much more than something appearing on a pencil or letterhead. It describes what we seek to do every day. We begin and end each day very aware that we are in the “connecting business.”

As helpful as a web-site can be, it does not give a full picture of the facility that houses the ministry of Providence Baptist Church. We have been blessed with a phenomenal building and we are currently in the process of making it even better. Yet, Providence is not an address or a building. We are a people who are called by God to make a difference in His kingdom. Our building only helps us with the accomplishment of that goal.

A web-site can only provide a limited image of a church. So, now that you have visited us on-line, we hope you will visit us in person. Our church family is open to you and we believe you will find a meaningful place among us. We have discovered something very special in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
