College Room School Banners

We need your help!
As we continue creating a welcoming space for students to gather, we are continually adding pennants to represent our students.

Since we have students in many locations, we are asking that families help us prep this space by donating a pennant from the University or College your student attends. If you are able to do so, please see the list of current pennants below or email Caitie to confirm and turn it into the front desk.

The schools we currently have represented are: App State, UNC Charlotte, Clemson University, Furman University, Washington & Lee, UNC Wilmington, Mercer University, NC State, and Sanford University.

Parent Resources

While our Summer Program is geared for College-aged Students, they aren’t the only one entering new territory Parents are also learning and growing alongside their young adult children as things begin to shift within the family system. Here are a few resources we hope you’ll find helpful during this time. We will continue to update them throughout the year so be sure to check back in!

Preparing to Launch

Find the Guide Here
Fuller Youth Institute has developed a resource to help families like yours have better conversations in the “launching” phase between adolescence and young adulthood.

Parents are often longing for better ways to talk about faith with their kids and to have deeper emotional connection with them. They just struggle to know how, or to reach out in ways that their kids might actually respond. As a response, they have created a 10-session guide that can be used individually, with a spouse or friend, or in a small group or class setting.
