Dane, a Virginia native, ministers to students in grades 6-12 and their families and leads an incredible team of volunteers and interns. While living in Virginia, Dane served as a volunteer chaplain for the Hanover County Sheriff’s Department and the Henrico County Police Department.

He has also served on the Youth Advisory Board for Passport Camps Inc.

Dane preaches and teaches at camps, retreats, conferences, and seminaries around the country and world. He serves on the Alumni Board of Directors at his alma mater, High Point University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Youth, Family, and Culture at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA.

Dane and his wife, Caitie, also a minister, have two dogs, Buffy and Booker. Dane enjoys coffee, sushi, tacos, and North Carolina BBQ, but his “most favorite” thing is eating a crab cake sandwich and cheering on the Baltimore Orioles.
