Dane coordinates all events, retreats, camps, and mission trips for students, along with weekly programming, discipleship, leadership development, worship experiences, and outreach. He is immersed in all things “youth” ministry including the PASSPORT Camps Advisory Board, the executive board of the CBF Youth Ministry Network, and the Youth Council for the Baptist World Alliance. He enjoys leading worship and preaching at retreats and camps around the country and the world.

Dane is married to Caitie, who is a College Minister and fellow graduate of BTSR. They have two dogs named Buffy and Booker. Dane enjoys coffee, sushi, tacos, BBQ (NC Style), Crab (in any form), Orioles Baseball, Clemson Football, and Kentucky Basketball.

Dane fully embraces his ESTJ personality type, but knows that student ministry is about flexibility and fostering deep relationships. Dane finds students to be life-giving, and loves every minute he gets to spend with them.
